President of the Asian Federation of Exhibition & Convention Associations(AFECA), former president of the Singapore Convention & Exhibition Industry Association Edward LIU, Malaysia convention and exhibition organizer and suppliers association Jonathan Kan, Korea convention and exhibition association chairman Chong-Man Park, president of Indonesia convention and exhibition association Effi Setiabudi and CEO of convention and trade show center of Hyderabad of India Sanjay Kapoor, briefed the meeting respectively on the state, environment, and relevant policies of conventions and exhibitions in its country and also some of their key projects. Industry representatives from Beijing, such as President of China General Machinery Industry Association Mr. ZHANG Xiaolin, General Manager of China International Exhibition Center Mr. XU Qiang, General Manager of the National Convention Center LIU Haiying, gave their briefing on Beijing’s strengths of developing convention and exhibition, its features and relevant projects.
