The CCPIT Beijing delegation led by Deputy Chairman LIN Bin Rounds off the Business Inspection in Britain and France

At the invitation of the British Chamber of Commerce and the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deputy Chairman LIN Bin and others paid Britain and France to make a business inspection from October 7 to 16, and discussed the bilateral cooperation and other matters.

During the visit, Deputy Chairman LIN visited persons in charge of some friendly chambers of commerce and industry in Britain and France, discussed how to consolidate and develop the business relationship between the CCPIT Beijing, the BCIC and the chambers of commerce and industry above, carry out economic and trading cooperation and enhance information liaison, mainly inspected how British and French chambers of commerce and industry served their member enterprises, and mainly introduced the CHITEC, the ICCIE and the BICFCC. Mr. Jack Stopfort, Chamber of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and Industry was interested in the BICFCC, and would like to present in 2013. In London, Deputy Chairman LIN especially invited Mr. CHEN Shaoshu, who also paid a visit to Britain at the same time, and YE Zhenzhen, Standing Director of the BCIC. The two entrepreneurs introduced their business development in Britain, and made interaction and communications with Mrs. Christina Howell, President of the “Connection Project of Britain-China Enterprises’ Connection” of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry, on the problems confronted in starting business in Britain. WU Kegang, China’s advisor-in-chief in the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry, thought that the visit of Deputy Chairman LIN further enhanced the relationship between the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the CCPIT Beijing and the BCIC, and would like to freely provide services for member enterprises of the BCIC to “come into London, come into Britain” by dint of advantageous resources of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. WU listened to Deputy Chairman’s introduction to the ICCIE, then said that the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce had many famous film and animated enterprises with cutting-edged technologies, and hoped to mutually provide services of British and Chinese member enterprises to develop in London and Beijing trough efforts of both sides. At the talks, both sides also discussed the jointed-held Promotion Fair of Chinese and British Enterprises; and Mrs. FENG Lan, senior official of Department of Foreign Affairs of London was very interested in the fair and would like to support it. Mr. Bruno Chiaverini, Director of the International Department of the Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry fully praised the concept of holding the BICFCC and business roundtable, and would like to enhance the communication and cooperation with the CCPIT Beijing.

The business visit of Deputy Chairman LIN Bin and others further enhanced the close relationship with the British and French chambers of commerce, spread the CHITEC, the ICCIE, etc. opened new channels in Britain and France for member enterprises of the BCIC and enlarged new cooperation space.
