Techniques：As an adjunct to the 200 thousand tons filament project in Hengli Industrial Park, and centered by Deli Chemical Fiber and Deshun Textile, the project will further grow and extend the existing industrial chain in order to build a complete textile and chemical fiber chain, from PTA, polyester and chemical fiber in the upstream, to textile, dyeing and finishing in the midstream, till clothing in the downstream.

Market：After the project is completed, its annual sales revenue will hit 10 billion yuan and about 30,000 jobs will be offered. Meanwhile, local transportation, commerce and service will get developed thanks to the social benefits of the project.
