尼可拉斯•格瑞维尔先生从2003年开始在世界第二大的Hachette（阿歇特）出版集团担任主编，他所属的结构专门负责包含了纸质版图书、数字媒体方面的连环漫画在世界各地的翻译、出版以及创作工作。

尼可拉斯先生出生在法国的东北部。他在从事漫画经济人和市场运营方面有着15年之久的丰富经验，常年往返于欧洲和美洲之间，对欧美漫画市场的运营、出版发行有着极深的了解和经验，在欧美漫画行业有着极高的声誉，他目前代理的漫画版权包括：北京天视全景公司（中国）、意大利、奥地利、法国、魁北克、美国（南美和北美）、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、瑞士等在世界排名前30位的国际型的大型漫画出版集团的作品。很多大型出版集团都聘请他担任漫画版权经济与市场运营总监。同时，由于尼古拉斯对漫画创作也是知名的专家，法国漫画艺术学院也聘请他担任漫画课程的教授，培养了很多年轻的插画家和漫画家。他还同时兼任着欧洲高等绘画学校以及美国等地几所连环画研究生班的教学，他组织并指导学生创作的多部漫画作品，已经在欧美12个国家出版发行，被誉为漫画教育界的大师。

Born and raised in North Eastern France, After a MASTER in Publishing (University of Clermont-Ferrand - France), he began his publishing career in 2003 as a senior editor for Pika (Hachette France,the second biggest publishing group in the world). He now owns an agency specialized in the sale of rights (paper, digital and media) of Bande Dessinée, comics, graphic novels in creation and in translation around the world. He handles the rights of Beijing Total Vision (China), Igort (Italy), Ulli Lust (Austria), Milan and Bayard (France), Cambourakis (France), Secret Acres (USA), PictureBox (USA), Archaia (USA), Top Shelf (USA), Blank Slate Books (UK), Conudrum Press (Canada), Pat Grant (Australia), etc. The goal of Nicolas Grivel Agency is to represent and to push demanding works which make the readers think.
