乌克兰基辅-北京实业合作协会是一家非商业性的政府协会。在目标和利益统一的基础上，不论会员国籍、社会地位、行业或职业的不同，协会以促进两国关系的全面发展为目标，以满足和保护其会员合法的社会、经济、文化等权益为己任，更好地增进基辅和北京人民之间的了解和友谊。

此外，乌克兰基辅-北京实业合作协会还整合其他社会资源，以促进两地间的商业活动和综合发展，切实地保护组织和会员间的合法权益和关系的全面发展。

Business Partnership Association “Kiеv-Beijing” is noncommercial governmental association, which unites people regardless of their social status and profession and corporate members on the basis of the unity of interests to the goals and objectives of this Charter, to promote the comprehensive development of relations between territorial communities, the capital of Ukraine and the capital of the People’s Republic of China, to satisfy and protect the legitimate social, economic, creative, national, cultural and other interests of its members.

The Organization is established to promote business activity and the comprehensive development of relations between local communities, enterprises and organizations of Kiev and Beijing, the protection of legitimate social, economic, scientific, creative, cultural, medical, sports and other common legal interests of the members of Organization, as well as assistance in uniting their resources and capabilities.
