Beijing are Researching the Matching Policies for Culture Bonded

We reports by journalist Zhang Ran that, Yesterday, Journalist knew from the 7th ICCIE that, the first comprehensively focusing culture bonded center, Beijing Dashanzi Culture Bonded Center now were under active preparations, Municipal and District Departments were researching the matching policies, which will play an important role in driving the construction of Worldwide Arts & Crafts Exchange Center in Beijing.
 
Supported by General Administration of Customs, China Ministry of Culture and Beijing Municipal Party Committee and government, they unveiled the plaque to open Beijing Dashanzi Culture Bonded Center. This is the first Culture Bonded Center recently in China; hence it has gained a lot of focus by circles.
 
By the bonded polices, the construction of Culture Bonded Center will import new arts & crafts, exchanging environment and rules which are more matched with the international market, at the same time of Lowering Exchange Cost and dynamic exchange environment, it will also standardize the exchange activities further. Yesterday the related responsible person introduced that, “Custom territory” Policy will be executed from now on, the outbound cultural relics or crafts will enter into China through the Bonded Center with simplified procedures and lower cost, he also disclosed that, Beijing Municipal and Chaoyang District were now researching the matching policies, this platform will play an important role in driving the construction of the Worldwide Arts & Crafts Exchange Center.
 
As we know, Beijing Dashanzi Culture Bonded Center (the first phase) will be mainly consisted of Cultural Public Bonded Warehouses and Bonded Exhibition Hall, which could provide series of bonded services for Cultural Creative Production & Trade enterprises with storage, transition, logistics and safeguard; the second phase will push to set Customs Supervision Zone with the physical fence and digital administration, to enhance the regional bonded functions of production, processing, exhibition, exchange and financing services; the third phase will expand to provide cultural bonded services for the entire region and all the creative industry in the entire city actively, and it will drive the development of Beijing Culture Import & Export.
