威廉姆. 泰勒（WILLIAM W. TAYLOR）

美国密西根州立大学杰出教授，现任美国－加拿大大湖渔业委员会专家理事会主席，曾任美国渔业协会主席，密歇根州立大学渔业与野生动植物系主任。主要从事渔业生态学、种群动态与管理，地区与全球渔业资源政策与管理，熟悉全球渔业体系的结构与动态。

University Distinguished Professor in Global Fisheries Systems, Michigan State University, US Commissioner (Alternate). Great Lakes Fishery Commission (U.S. Presidential Appointment), Past-President, American Fisheries Society, and Past-Chair, Department of Fisheries and Wildlife, Michigan State University. He is engaged in fisheries ecology, population dynamics, management, Inter-jurisdictional fishery resource policy and governance from a local to global perspective, understanding the structure and dynamics of global fisheries systems.

Mr. William W. Taylor will make speech at the 7th International Forum on Science and Technology in China Biodiversity Conservation and Utilization.

Michigan State University was founded in 1855, located in north-central United States, East Lansing, Michigan, is one of the largest U.S. state university. The university has 150 years of history, now has developed into a set of teaching and research institutions as one of the first-class comprehensive university, both in the United States and international reputation.
