Contracts worth 38.87 billion yuan were signed during the China Beijing International High-tech Expo, which concluded on Monday, Beijing Daily reported.

Almost 70 percent of the contracts were in the industries of new energy, new materials, environmental technology, pharmaceuticals and bio-medicine, information technology, and advanced manufacturing.
