法国电力集团 

法国电力集团成立于1946年，拥有近70年电力开发经验。作为一家实施一体化管理的大型电力企业，集团在核电、火电、水电和新能源发电方面具备全面的世界级工业竞争力，除传统的发、输、配电，业务还涵盖电力销售、能效管理和能源大宗贸易等各环节，可以提供包括电力投资、电力工程设计以及电力项目管理与电网配送在内的一体化解决方案。

2015年，法国电力集团营业额达到750亿欧元，同比增长2.2%，其中47% 源于国际业务。经营净利润（扣除非经常性损益后)12亿欧元。

法国电力集团是欧洲能源市场的引领者和全球最大的核电运营商，也是世界上单位发电碳排放比例最低的电力生产商。2014年底，集团全球总装机容量为15330万千瓦（153.3GW）,其中核电7770万千瓦（51%），燃煤燃油机组2720万千瓦（17%），燃气机组1590万千瓦（11%），水电和其他可再生能源3250万千瓦（21%）。集团在法国共运行58台压水堆核电机组，在英国和美国分别拥有和运行15台和5台核电机组，并正在法国和中国同时建设EPR第三代核电机组。

1984年，法国电力集团担任大亚湾核电站建设的技术总负责，帮助设计、建设和运行了中国第一个大型民用核电站。其后参加了岭澳核电站一期和二期项目的建设和运行，现与中国广核集团共同投资建设并将运营中国第一个EPR核电项目—台山核电站，为红沿河核电站、秦山核电站一期和二期、田湾核电站提供技术支持。集团是中国最大的外国电力投资商，另在山东、河南、江西持有三家燃煤发电公司股份，项目总装机容量为6320兆瓦。

30 years ago, EDF participated in the first large-scale nuclear power project in China - Daya Bay nuclear power station - as technical head. It was involved also in the projects of Ling’Ao (Phases 1 and 2), Hongyanhe, Qinshan (phases 1 and 2) and Tianwan. In 2009, EDF became the first foreign investor in the Chinese nuclear power projects through the participation in Taishan EPR project. 

Largest foreign investor in the Chinese electricity sector, EDF Group also invests in 3 thermal power companies respectively in Shandong, Henan and Jiangxi provinces, which total installed generation capacity reaches 6,320MW.
