冯国经博士现为香港冯氏集团主席，曾于2008年至2010年出任国际商会主席，及后2010年至2012年出任国际商会名誉主席。

在香港，冯博士历任贸易发展局主席、机场管理局主席、香港大学校务委员会主席，及大珠三角商务委员会主席等公职。他现任香港特区政府经济发展委员会成员，香港卓越奖学金计划督导委员会主席。

冯博士在中国内地的社会公职包括：全国政协委员、北京大学名誉校董、清华大学经济管理学院顾问委员会委员等。

冯博士持有麻省理工学院电机工程学士及硕士，以及哈佛大学经济学博士学位，曾执教哈佛大学商学院四年。冯博士已婚，育有三子女。

Dr Victor Fung is Group Chairman of the Fung Group. He is the formerChairman of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) from 2008 to 2010 and Honorary Chairman from 2010 to 2012.

Dr Fung is a former Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council,Chairman of the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Chairman of the Council of the University of Hong Kong and Chairman of the Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council.  He is a member of the Economic Development Commission of the Hong Kong Government and Chairman of the Steering Committee on the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme. 

Dr. Fung holds civic appointments in the Chinese Mainland including member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, an Honorary Trustee of Peking University and a member of the Advisory Board of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University.

Dr. Fung holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After gaining his Doctorate in Business Economics from Harvard University, he taught as a professor at Harvard Business School for four years. Dr. Fung is married with three adult children.
