1. Panasonic的经营理念
Panasonic集团的创始人松下幸之助老先生经常严肃地对我们说：“公司的资产都是社会委托我们保管的。也就是说，公司是‘社会的公器’。如果我们公司没有对社会做出任何贡献，那么即使破产也不足惜，或者说就应该破产。”在这样一种思想指导下，我公司以“通过制造产品为社会的发展和繁荣做贡献”为理念，来开展事业活动。我公司的品牌标识“Panasonic ideas for life” 也是对该理念的完美体现。
我坚信，松下集团的经营理念以及我公司的事业活动一定能为北京市的发展做出贡献。

2. 与中国共同发展
1978年，当时的副总理邓小平先生访问我公司，对松下创业者提出“希望通过日本的电子产业技术，为中国的现代化做出贡献”。从那以后，我公司积极推进中国事业，为中国以及北京市的发展竭尽了绵薄之力。
2008年5月，胡锦涛主席在访问我公司时，对我们提出要求，“希望今后利用松下集团的技术和经验，在节能、环保领域为中国做出贡献”。     

3. 创业100周年愿景
我公司的愿景是在公司创业100周年的2018年成为电子产业No.1的“环境革新企业”。
我们将“环境”作为所有事业活动的中心，追求改变人类生活的“绿色生活革新”以及掀起商务变革的“绿色商务革新”。环境革新不能仅仅停留于企业的一项经营战略，而应该是解决国际社会最大课题的贡献，这是全世界的共同追求。
 

4. 我公司推行的解决方案
为了实现创业100周年愿景，我公司组合创能•蓄能联动系统、安防、健康护理相关产品和技术，大力推进环境整体解决方案，为从儿童到老年人的所有人提供环保、安全、安心的生活环境。

5. “藤泽可持续发展智能城镇”项目
浓缩其精华的代表作就是去年5月公布的日本“藤泽可持续发展智能城镇”项目。我们与藤泽市从策划、设想阶段开始展开合作，并和各家合作伙伴企业一起，利用我公司最先进的技术，提供“环保、安全、安心”的城镇整体解决方案。
该项目计划降低二氧化碳排放70%，节水30%，采用包括创能、蓄能联动系统在内的最先进的环保解决方案。力争将其建设成在安防、防灾方面也能保证安全、安心，任何人都愿意长期居住的全新安居城镇。

6. 环保（创能•蓄能联动系统）
下面，我将就“环保”、“安全”、“安心”这三个关键词，介绍一些更具体的解决方案事例。
首先关于“环保”，我们正在推进家居整体解决方案。利用我公司在蓄电池、太阳能电池和燃料电池领域具有强大技术实力和经验的优势，构建三种电池联动的先进的独立运行系统，力争使燃料费为零。这样不仅能够降低能源成本，在停电时也无需担忧，能够安心地生活。而且，我们还将推进“需求响应”机制的验证，根据街区整体的电力情况，对空调等的供电进行控制。

7. 安全（安防）
下面是关于安全，我公司提供从视频门铃、监控摄像系统到防灾无线系统的广泛的安防解决方案。
其中特别能体现我公司优势的是安防监控摄像系统。在最新的商品中，我们融合摄影技术和图像分析技术，推出了进化后的新系统。

例如，通过识别摄像头拍摄到的人脸，将其与数据库中的面孔图像进行对照，
加强学校、商店的防范。从侧面拍摄的侧脸以及戴口罩的面孔都能够识别。而且，还能够判定判断人物的年龄和性别，可广泛应用于商店顾客的倾向性分析等市场调研用途。

8. 安心（健康护理）
接下来，是关于“安心”，我公司将着重以三个主题，即医院业务支援、家庭健康护理、早期诊断治疗，提供健康护理解决方案。共同的考虑是要让消费者消费得起，力争实现让世界更多人触手可及的健康护理。作为健康护理的一个具体举措，我们将应用在家电及生产设备研发中所培育的技术，让可在生活中与人类共存的机器人实现实用化。

例如，我们有一种“机器人护理床”，护理床的一部分可以变形成为轮椅。
使用者能够按照自己的意愿随意活动，因此可以大大减轻护理人员的负担。另外，“洗发机器人”也已经得到了实用化。这套装置并不是利用水压来清洗，而是能够实现类似人手清洗的洗法。我也试用过，感觉非常舒适。洗发机器人可以有很多应用，如为需要护理的病患洗发等等。中国正在走进高龄化社会，相信这种装置一定会有很大的需求。

9. 对北京市的建议
北京是世界文化中心之一，具有悠久的历史，同时也是中国这个GDP已然位居世界第二的经济大国的首都，其影响力不可限量。北京为解决环保、安全、安心这一世界共通课题而积极努力地开展各项活动，将具有重大深远的意义。将北京建设成“环保、安全、安心的城市”，北京的魅力和世界影响力必将会进一步提升。同时，将会开创崭新的生活方式，引领潮流，并因此而吸引更多的人才云集北京，人才的集中、智慧的集中将促进北京更大的发展。

我建议，在北京市引进我今天所报告的那些世界最先进的技术和标准，并积极健全完善相关法律制度和支援体制。我坚信，我公司的先进技术一定会有益于北京市的更大发展。

Building Eco, Safe and Comfortable City

1. Panasonic’s Management Philosophy

Konosuke Matsushita, the founder of Panasonic, often said to us in a serious manner that “the assets of a company are something belonging to the society, but left in the care of the company. In this sense, it is able to say that a company is in fact a public entity. If our company cannot help the society, we should close down, or rather, be closed down.” This is where our management philosophy, which requires us to “contributing to the progress and development of society and the well-being of people through our business activities”, came from our brand slogan, “Panasonic ideas for life”, well expresses this philosophy.
I believe that Panasonic’s management philosophy and activities will help the development of Beijing.

 
2. Making progress in China-Cooperative Efforts
In 1978, the vice premier Deng Xiaoping, visited Panasonic and requested that our founder to “provide assistance in modernizing China, employing the electronics technology of Japan”.
From then on, we have been promoting our business activities in China, and these activities push forward the development of Beijing.

30 years later, in May 2008, President Hu Jintao visited our company, he requested us that “contributing to China in energy-saving and environmental conservation areas, making the best use of the technology and experience which Panasonic possesses”.

3. Vision Looking to the 100th Anniversary of Our Founding
Currently, we are conducting business activities according to our new vision of “becoming No.1 Green Innovation company in the Electronics Industry” by 2018, which is our 100th anniversary.
“Environment” has become the basis of all our activities. We hope we can bring a better life to all people in the world through “Green Life Innovation” and change the business world through “Green Business Innovation”. Environmental innovation is not just a business strategy of a company, but rather a common topic of the world.

To solve the existing environmental problems, all countries need to work together.

4. Our Solutions
Following this new vision and utilizing a combination of goods and technologies such as Energy Creation• Storage linked system、Security、Healthcare. We are providing a comprehensive set of solutions that aiming to create a green, secure, and comfortable living space for all people, from children to the elderly.

5. Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town

A perfect example of such a living space is “Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town” project that was announced in May last year. We cooperated with Fujisawa municipal government from the planning stage of this project. Working with our partners and utilizing our advanced technologies, we provided to the city a comprehensive solution for building a community that is green, secure, and comfortable. Advanced green solutions such as energy creation-storage linked system were introduced to reduce 70% CO2 emission and 30% water consumption. Other solutions were introduced to achieve a high level of security and comfort. The purpose is to create a new community that are suitable for people to live for a long time.

6. ECO (Energy Creation • Energy Storage Linked system)

Next, I’d like to give you more details of our solutions that are based on the three keywords, i.e. green, secure, and comfortable.

First of all about “green” , We are promoting household total solution which costs zero energy bill is proposed. This is realized through a three-battery self-sustainable system that is developed using our advantages in accumulator battery, solar battery, and fuel cell areas.
A family living in such a house will have little energy cost. In addition, they will feel more secure and comfortable, because they don’t need to worry about power failure anymore. We are also developing” a demand response system” that can control power supply to air-conditioning system according to overall power needs of the community.

7. Security

The next keyword is “security”. Our extensive security solutions such as intercommunication system, security cameras, and wireless disaster prevention system can guarantee the security of the community. We are particularly good at security cameras system. The latest system combines filming and image analysis technologies that can guarantee a high level of security.

For example, the system can identify the face of the man in the image and compare it with pictures stored in database. This is extremely useful for crime prevention in schools and stores. The system is so powerful that it can identify not only front faces, but also side faces and those covered by mask. Furthermore, the system can also identify the age and gender. This is useful for analyzing the tendency of customers for marketing purpose.

8. Comfort (Healthcare)

The keyword “comfort” is realized through healthcare solutions covering in-hospital work assistance, home healthcare, and early diagnosis and treatment. Such solutions are provided at affordable price, so that they can be accessed by more people. One of our practices in this area is the commercialization of robot that is developed using our know-how in home appliances and production equipments.

One example is the Robotic Bed, which is a part of nursing bed that can transform into a wheelchair. A patient sitting on it can move around freely. This can reduce the workload of the nursing people. Another example is the Hair-washing Robot. Unlike similar products that use water pressure, the Hair-washing Robot washes hair just like it is done by hands. I tried it once and it was amazingly comfortable. The Hair-washing Robot can be used in many situations, such as for the patients need to nurse to wash hair. Considering the fact that China is also becoming an aging society, I believe that  there are a lot of needs for this product.

9. Proposals to Beijing

As a city with long history and the capital of China, a country with the second largest GDP in the world, Beijing has huge influence not only in China, but also in the world.
That’s why it is of great significance that Beijing municipal government starts to work on some environmental problems that are common in all countries in the world. By being an eco, safe and comfortable city, Beijing will be more attractive and have higher presence in the world. Such a new style will bring talented people and know-how to Beijing and contribute to further development of the city.

I suggest Beijing introduces the most advanced technologies and standards I reported today and actively improves relevant laws, regulations, and supporting systems. I believe that with advanced technology and know-how, Panasonic is able to contribute to further development of Beijing.

Finally, I'd like to wish a prosperous future of Beijing.
