俄罗斯莫斯科工商会成立于1991年，是一家非政府性质、非盈利性质、以帮助各类企业在莫斯科顺利发展为最终目的的组织机构。目前，工商会拥有2,200多家会员企业，其中包括联合小型和大中型企业。工商会也欢迎各类俄罗斯商业和非商业企业、个体经营者、企业家以及工会成为其会员。
同时，俄罗斯莫斯科工商会也是一家高效、内部结构多样化、始终维护企业利益的组织机构。其主要职能是：项目投资的实施，信息的分析研究，对外经济关系的协调等。此外，工商会给新组织成员提供各种有利条件以此帮助企业在莫斯科顺利发展，促进了俄罗斯商业经济的繁荣。

The Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) is a non-governmental and non profit making organization. MCCI was founded in 1991 in order to develop all kinds of entrepreneurship in Moscow.
For the current moment MCCI unites more than 2200 enterprises and organizations of small and middle sized enterprises. Russian commercial and non-commercial enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, as well as unions of entrepreneurs can become MCCI members.
Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an efficient and multifunctional structure that promotes entrepreneurship and defends business interests. MCCI provides membership to new organizations interested in the development of Russian economy and favorable conditions to help Russian business prosper. Moreover, MCCI provides a wide range of services in the sphere of: foreign economic relations, implementation of investment projects, research and information and etc.
