阿根廷启动了一项全国性的改造和运营现有道路并开发新道路的计划，项目主要采取 PPP框架模式。
施工计划：
→2,800公里的高速公路
→4,000公里的安全道路
期限和扩展区域：15年和7,277公里
→第二阶段：2018年招标H2的出版物
→第三阶段：2019年招标H1的出版物
描述：容量扩展和重铺路面
法规设置：新法律（27,328）
承包商责任：建设，维护和融资
运营与维护：用户收入与费用的收入
承包商收入：通行费和汽油税
