Theme of the 7th ICCIE- Culture Blending with Technology and Innovation Leading Transformation

In recent years, culture industry and hi-tech industry have been blending with each other and promoting development mutually, showing a trend of confluent leap-forward development. The sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put “advancing cultural and scientific innovation” as the key task of culture industry development. As the first large scale cultural, economic and trade communication event held nationwide after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 7th China (Beijing) International Cultural & Creative Industry Expo will thoroughly implement the overall deployment that aims to speed up the blending of culture and science and technology to build a socialist culture-powerful country.

Taking “culture blending with technology and innovation leading transformation” as the theme, ICCIE will fully display the latest achievements made through the implementation of the two-wheeled strategy of cultural innovation and technological innovation to cultivate emerging industries and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, assemble resource advantages from home and abroad to build a serving platform to enhance the blending of cultural and technological innovation achievements as well as the founding of cultural creative industries. ICCIE helps exchange advanced development ideas and successful experience of the transmission of world cultural and creative industry so as to continuously enhance independent innovative ability of culture and science and technology, heighten cultural soft strength of our country and push forward cultural reform and development into a new age.
